Well, I sure have, mostly because they either have no voice acting, terrible graphics, or are just plain insipid. A Virus Named Tom is however completely the opposite. The game was developed by the Indie team called Misfit Addict on August 1, 2012. This game is simply superb, and nothing less then what most Indie game titles should be compared to today. A characteristic most often attributed to the indie game is the marked attention to an artistic element in the title. Limbo removed the barrier between art and game by using the fantastical tropes of popular gaming to encourage thought about the after-life. Braid had a terrifically post-modern aesthetic that formed a pastiche from the rich gaming culture of the past thirty years in order to explore how a gamer responds to a game. Game Review: Denizen’s Den

Roguelike RPG… It’s been a long time since we’ve met. How are things? Good, I hope. I see that very little’s really changed, eh? That’s quite alright, I love you just the way you are. As you may have surmised, Denizen’s Den is a roguelike RPG on the XBLIG. While it doesn’t feature random characters for graphics, it does feature randomly generated levels and is worth a few good hours of dungeon crawling fun.
